The Grand Vin Blanc from Domaine Château La Coste has a golden, honeyed color, a rich and gourmand nose, a little buttery and brioche. This white wine is floral with well-integrated new wood, ripe fruit accompanied by a beautiful acidity.
DOMAIN
The vineyard is located in Puy-Sainte-Réparade. There are 123 ha completely restored; an ultra-modern cellar, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, was built and equipped with the latest winemaking tools. The wines are classified into three families, from a simple and fruity style to much more refined and elevated vintages, which are increasingly asserting themselves in the Provençal landscape. The talented director of Château la Coste, Matthieu Cosse, slammed the door of this Puy-Sainte-Réparade estate in spring 2017.
