Manual with 4 to 5 very careful successive sortings. The botrytized grapes are delicately pressed overnight. After cold settling, the must ferments in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. With a magnificent golden color, this wine develops a very intense nose with a subtle bouquet of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The attack is round and fruity with an ample, rich and fresh evolution. The finish is delicious with spicy notes and an elegant fresh, slightly minty touch.
