To bring all the taste qualities to the NOOH brand, the estate drew on its winemaking know-how, supplemented by three years of research.
Made from its famous organic vintage Rosé d'une Nuit, this NOOH by La Coste 0.0% alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine offers intact pleasure with added lightness (only 3.5 g of residual sugar).

Named NOOH – union of “no” for those who do not want alcohol and the chemical symbol of the alcohol molecule “oh”, this brand is pronounced [nu] in order to symbolize belonging to this tribe of " flexidrinkers" who do not want to give up pleasure, celebration, or the tasting of a sparkling or a rosé...

We thus find the notes of grapefruit, strawberry and cherry, so characteristic of overnight rosé, complemented by natural aromas of lemon, strawberry and jasmine.

Thanks to its bouquet of aromas mixing citrus fruits with red fruits and its roundness in the mouth, fruity and delicious, the NOOH by La Coste 0.0% alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine surprises without confusing and brings everyone together for a moment of pleasure .

DOMAIN

The vineyard is located in Puy-Sainte-Réparade. There are 123 ha completely restored; an ultra-modern cellar, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, was built and equipped with the latest winemaking tools. The wines are classified into three families, from a simple and fruity style to much more elaborate and elevated vintages, which are increasingly asserting themselves in the Provençal landscape. The talented director of Château la Coste, Matthieu Cosse, slammed the door of this Puy-Sainte-Réparade estate in spring 2017.
