On the palate, the lively freshness of a well-balanced acidity on the attack provides a frank and salivating structure. The finish, delicately persistent, leaves a subtle imprint of yellow citrus fruits. DOMAIN
The Barotte estate currently covers 22 hectares in Roquemaure. A usable surface area expanded in 2008. Only 60 minutes from Grau du Roi and Mont Ventoux.
Managed by Sylvain and Laurence Reboul, the operation offers several appellations: Lirac, Tavel, Côtes-du-Rhône and Vins de Pays du Gard.
The Barotte estate owes its reputation above all to its authentic appearance. Indeed, this estate is in the process of practicing organic farming on all of its plots. A method of cultivation that completely breaks with chemicals. Furthermore, the maintenance of vines has always been done with plows and decavators. This option allows us to remain faithful to traditional know-how, guaranteeing authentic and superior quality wines.
