The Binaume Bizot-Naudin trading house is an emblematic figure in the Burgundian wine landscape. Founded by Jean-Yves Bizot and Claire Naudin, the house is keen to highlight the region's most beautiful appellations through each of its vintages. Aware of current environmental issues and in the interest of protecting biodiversity, they want the region's emblematic grape varieties to be cultivated in healthy and sustainable ways. Each plot must receive unique care, according to its needs, in order to let each person's personality express itself. In the cellar, vinification is carried out in a low-intervention manner and sulfur is added in minimal quantities. The fruits can thus naturally develop all their delicious aromas. The house offers a range of vintages, each more fragrant and delicious than the last, perfectly reflecting the grape varieties and terroir of the region, enhanced by unique know-how.
