La Petite Odyssée is an estate created by Antoine Bernardin and based in Savignargue in Haute-Garonne. It was after graduating as an oenologist that Antoine found a position for a few months at Achillea, a well-known Alsatian estate run organically and biodynamically. Antoine subsequently decided to settle in his native Haute Garonne and produce wines there as cleanly as possible. In 2022, its estate will reach 8 hectares, compared to 4 hectares 2 years ago. The vines are mainly planted on a terroir of pebbles from the Pyrenees. Juices without artifice, very digestible and representative of what the terroirs of this South-West can bring us!
