WINE

The nose is fresh and clean for a concentrated and fruity whole mixed with spicy and mineral notes. On the palate it has a full attack offering a soft and soy texture. We find the fruity aromas. The tannic structure is dense and tight with flexibility. The tannins are coated and the finish is long. The whole is very balanced and elegant. Guard level: 2026 to 2046.

DOMAIN

Located in Léognan, capital of Graves, the Domaine de Chevalier is of very ancient origin. It is represented in 1783 on the map of Pierre de Belleyme, the geographical engineer of Louis XVI. The estate was acquired by Arnaud and Jean Ricard in 1865 and it was at this time that the name Domaine de Chevalier was given, then in 1983, the property was acquired by the Bernard family, French brandies leader and important merchant. as a great Bordeaux wine. It has been managed since then by Olivier Bernard surrounded by his team. Under his aegis the spirit of balance and search for perfection which for 140 years has marked the production of this vintage of excellence is perpetuated. The family also owns other vineyards, that of Domaine de la Solitude (Pessac-Léognan), Lespault-Martillac, Château Guiraud and Clos des Lunes.
