Deep purplish color. Concentrated nose with accents of very ripe red and black fruits . fine wooded background . On the palate a style with straight, ripe tannins , all finely enhanced by a quality woody structure.
Located near the village of Targon, in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers, Château Guillebot Plaisance has belonged to the Villeneuve family for 6 generations. This 20 hectare vineyard is mainly composed of Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines, with an average age of 35 years. The blend of these two grape varieties is vinified in stainless steel vats and aged for 12 months in vats and barrels. The wines from this estate are beautiful expressions of the Bordeaux region.
