DOMAIN
Domaine Bois Brillant is a pioneer in viticulture in Île de France. Located in the hamlet of Charnoy, in Guérard, he farms 1.5 hectares of vines with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grape varieties. It is carried out in organic farming in a “biodynamic” spirit and natural wines. Since its creation in 2002, viticultural work has been carried out by hand, with mechanical work of the soil by teams of plow horses. In the cellar, the winemaker's work is limited to supporting fermentation to obtain a wine that is a “pure reflection” of its terroir. A true haven of peace combining biodiversity and respect for the environment, we are surprised at the bend of a vineyard to find around ten sheep, proven wine partners, fighting against weeds. No frills and no input either. Nothing but natural for a fruity, gourmet and 100% pleasure result!
