Virginie Naudet, who took over the rest of the estate alone, is committed to continuing the directions chosen until now. With careful work in the vineyard, long aging and light filtration, the estate's Chablis assert themselves in their character, with depth and salinity. The estate has now focused on long aging which does not weigh down or flavor the local Chardonnay, here harvested just ripe. Tasty Chablis, never demonstrative but perfectly digestible, which age very well. Moreau-Naudet wines with beautiful complexity are vibrant!
