The Domaine is located in Thauvenay, cradle of the Laloue family. It covers 20 hectares in AOC Sancerre (Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grape varieties) and 5 hectares in IGP Côtes de la Charité (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties).
Christine and Franck listen to the vine and its cycle. Part of an environmentally friendly approach, work in the vineyard is very important in order to follow the natural balance of the plant and obtain the best grapes.
In 2019, they engaged in the organic farming certification process. This is an achievement, because for many years already, our farming practices have been evolving in this direction: tillage, no herbicide, grass cover, sexual confusion… The first certified organic vintage will be 2023.
