Château Bellegrave Pomerol 2009, Grand Cru de Bordeaux 2009 is one of the notable vintages of the beginning of the 21st century. The producer benefited from early flowering at the beginning of June and an ideal veraison at the end of July. The superb weather in August and September allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly. All the climatic conditions were therefore met to obtain a very fine, fresh, elegant wine, all in balance.

DOMAIN

Château Bellegrave is a family estate located in the southwest of Pomerol, close to prestigious wine estates. Led by Jean-Marie Bouldy and his son Jean-Baptiste, the estate is looking towards a promising future, with an emphasis on the quality of its vines and its wines. Since the 1950s, the Bouldy family has owned Château Bellegrave, an estate that stands out for its great attention to vines. The estate's wines, made from a subtle blend of Merlot (75%) and Cabernet Franc (25%), are certified organic and cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics. The depth of these Pomerols lies in the purity of their delicate fruit, enhanced by refined aging methods. Bellegrave Castle is considered one of the best-kept secrets on the Right Bank!
