Active since the middle of the 19th century, this family estate today has 5 hectares of vines, all classified as 1er Cru, and all spread over the magnificent terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. Located in Ludes, the estate is undergoing organic conversion.
Hervé is a meticulous and talented winemaker who strives to work living vines while taking care of his soils and, therefore, using reasoned, sustainable and gentle agricultural methods.
With a fairly confidential production, he produces beautiful champagnes remarkable for their precision and perfectly balanced between tension and aromatic intensity.
