This MV18 Oak Barrel champagne from Maison Henri Giraud is a 100% Aÿ Grand Cru composed of the 2018 harvest, and the rest from the Solera system dating from 1990, hence the “MV: Multi Vintage”.
Apricot, peach, tangerine, spices and dried flowers mingle in a creamy and ample champagne. On the palate, it is fruity with a nice gourmandise and a salty touch at the end of the tasting.
