The harvest in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (68%), Avize and Oiry (32%): the winter is exceptionally rainy and the spring mild and stormy. The weather changes from June and becomes fine and dry, generating a particularly early harvest. The health condition is perfect, the harvest abundant with very good maturity and moderate acidity. The wines obtained are particularly fine and elegant. Very nice iteration!

DOMAIN

For more than 20 years, the Chiquet brothers (Jean-Hervé and Laurent) have returned to traditionalist and meticulous practices to respect the unique character of the plots of the Jacquesson Champagne House vineyard, located in Dizy, in the Marne Valley. This house, founded in 1798 by Memmie Jacquesson, was taken over by the Chiquet family in 1974. Adopting a unique policy of vinification and aging in barrels, Jacquesson extracts from his plots almost limited series bearing the name of Cuvée n°700 and following. These numbered vintages guarantee optimal traceability of each plot of which they are composed. Magnifying pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier, Maison Jacquesson champagnes are recognized for their elegance and aromatic richness.
