Le Luth is a single-plot cuvée made from Pinot Noir planted in 1989 on clay soil in Chamery. It is an extremely confidential vintage since only 493 bottles were produced for this 2015 vintage. Structure, deliciousness without ever being too heavy because it has very little dosage (Extra Brut)!

Clément Perseval is part of this new generation of Champagne winegrowers, talented and creative! Clément does not just inherit his father's land but adapts and becomes a true creator of Champagne. Sensitive to more than sustainable agriculture, the former student of Anselme Selosse favors biodiversity and favors indigenous yeasts.
His champagnes are in his image, authentic and sincere. In the vineyard Clément Perseval favors bio diversity, and in the cellar, the young winemaker has a natural approach to winemaking. Thus the natural dosage is obtained naturally, thanks to the residual sugar from fermentation.
