A Rum of Character Inspired by 19th Century Cuban Traditions and aged for a minimum of 7 years in white oak barrels previously used for whisky aging. A creation of the youngest Cuban Maestro Ronero, César Martí, who brings his complexity through the art of blending these aguardientes (or Cuban cane brandies).

A palate punctuated by notes of vanilla, prune, ginger, soft fruit, and wood. We'll appreciate these smoky touches and Sichuan pepper, and its roasted finish of chocolate, smoked molasses, almond, and pear.

DISTILLERY


Eminente embodies the renaissance of 19th-century Cuban rum, crafted by the island's youngest master rum maker and aged for a minimum of seven years in white oak barrels. Eminente Reserva presents the aesthetic of a traditional light Cuban rum, combined with all the complexity and depth of an aged rum.

Eminente Reserva is a new type of rum made with 70% aged aguardientes , the highest proportion of all Cuban rums. Inspired by 19th-century Cuban rums, with its ample structure and rich aromas, our master rum maker brings its complexity through the art of blending these aguardientes. (or Cuban cane brandies).

Cesar Martí learned his trade from his grandparents, raised in the sugar cane fields stretching as far as the eye can see. Enriched by this family passion, he chose to dedicate his career to the study, transmission and evolution of Cuban know-how in order to produce exceptional rums. After completing his studies in physics and engineering, César Martí achieved the prestigious status of youngest Maestro Ronero of the country in just nine years. A feat still unmatched today.
