Roccamora is a single-varietal wine made from Negro Amaro. From the first sip, one perceives a great sweetness with a slight bitterness from the tannins on the finish. Aromas of very ripe black fruits, spices, leather, and peppery tobacco characterize this beautiful Italian wine. Elegant, very fresh, its texture always remains velvety.

DOMAIN

The Schola Sarmenti estate is located in Nardo, Puglia. The Phoenicians were already cultivating vines here over 3,000 years ago on limestone and tuff rock soils rich in marine fossils. The vines, averaging 20 years old, are cultivated using the typical trellises of the region, giving them a shrub-like appearance. The Schola Sarmenti winery began in 1999, when it evolved into a high-end cooperative with five producers on an area of ​​20 hectares. Today, Schola Sarmenti is one of the best wineries in Nardo.
