The Tournelle estate is Evelyne and Pascal Clairet: “We are and will always be respectful of human-scale production and its environment” (Brillat Savarin). Our philosophy is to produce grapes without chemicals but through the work of our hands. Far from the image of organic whose plots are fallow. Our wines come exclusively from our vines! We do not buy grapes or wine, only grapes from our vines picked by our hands are vinified. Our vines are grassed every other row for the passage of the tractor, and the grass is controlled under the vine by the pickaxe or mechanically, the other row is plowed by intervines because grass is enemy number 1 organic. To produce wines without added inputs, we strive to produce beautiful, ripe and healthy grapes.
