Originally, a trading house created in 1935 by Émile Hérard, winemaker, associated with his son-in-law Georges Fluteau, son of a wine broker. Established in 1996, Thierry Fluteau preferred the status of harvester-handler. It produces estate champagnes with grapes harvested from 9 hectares of vines.

Thierry representing the third generation. With Jennifer, his American wife, and their son Jérémy, their ambition is to produce champagnes of the highest quality that reflect the unique terroir of their vineyard and the passion of the winemaker. The know-how inherited from their ancestors is adapted to modern techniques, in the vineyards and in the cellar.

The family strives to conduct its vineyard in sustainable viticulture: respect for the terroirs, respect for the soil, respect for the plant are the key words. They only use organic fertilizers. Chemical weeding is abandoned in favor of mechanical plowing in order to promote microbial life. The treatments to combat vine diseases are reasoned according to the interest
