Fanny Sabre, the young and talented winemaker from Pommard, produced her first vintage in 2006 after taking over the estate created by her parents in the 1980s. For 3 years, alongside the talented Philippe Pacalet, she learned about wine, then bought and gradually recovers the vineyard, notably the Meursault. On an estate of 4.5 hectares, going from Aloxe to Beaune, it produces in its vat room located in the very heart of Beaune, Pommard, Beaune 1er Cru, Meursault Sous la Velle (village) and 1er Cru Charmes with a rare precision. She vinifies micro-cuvées, between 900 and 1200 bottles per entity. Balance and finesse characterize them.
