The wines of Laurence and Rémi Dufaitre have become essential in Beaujolais. The soils are worked organically, fermentations with native yeasts. Very little or no sulfur at all depending on the year.

Laurence and Rémi Dufaitre took over the family estate in 2003 and went organic as soon as they were able to operate it for themselves and no longer for trading or the local cooperative. From the 11ha of vines at their Domaine de Botheland, they produce superb white and red grapes and produce juices of remarkable purity.
