At Château Les Valentines we vinify fine and delicate rosés that we like to drink in any season, from aperitif to dessert. Very regularly the terroir takes precedence over the grape varieties, the environment of scrubland and pine forest colors our rosés with aromas of fennel, anise and dry herbs.

In La Londe les Maures, on the coastal edge of the Côtes de Provence appellation, between Toulon and St Tropez, Château Les Valentines extends over 50 ha of schist, where vines, pine forests and scrubland facing south are swept by the mistral and bathed by the gentle influence of the sea. This exceptional climate and terroir allows each year to vinify organic wines of great balance and consistency.
