The San Jeronimo field is located about 8 km from Arandas, Jalisco, near the old dirt road leading to the small town of Santiaguito de Velazquez. Notes of green apple, peppermint, cinnamon.
DISTILLERY
Made by the 3rd generation of a tequilero family, Tequila Ocho is one of the few that is made slowly, using traditional methods. It is the first tequila to indicate the year of its production and the exact field of origin of the agaves used for its production. Each batch comes from a different field or "Rancho" with its own regional characteristics, as producers have long known that terroir has a significant effect on agave, as it does for raisins in wine. The result is a supreme quality spirit accentuating the agave scent that is exclusive to tequila.
