The “Règle N3” wine from Domaine Plô Nôtre Dame has a beautiful black color with ruby reflections. The intense nose delivers floral notes, aromas of raspberry, violet as well as nuances of fig. The palate presents elegant, silky tannins. It is full, opulent with a liquorice finish with raspberry notes. This Minervois wine, “Règle N3” is to be used with charcuterie dishes, leg of lamb, red meats, game but also as an essential complement to our regional dishes.
DOMAIN
In 2001, Nicolas took over the reins and perpetuated the family tradition by vinifying the fruit of the vine. The estate gives itself the name “Plô Notre Dame”, a plot in the town of Bagnoles where the oldest Syrah and Grenache vines on the property are located. Today, the estate is diversifying and experimenting to offer products true to its spirit: the passion for the land and the vines; the alliance of tradition and modernity to satisfy fans of vines and wine. The specificity of the estate has focused for several years on single grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Grenache noir, Syrah and Chenin blanc.
