Producer: Plô Nôtre Dame
Grape variety: Chenin Blanc
The color of Rule N2 gives green-silver reflections. The fine and warm nose expresses mineral aromas, white smoke, acacia and candied lemon. The palate is honeyed, round, full and generous. Règle N2 is a fine wine from Plô Nôtre Dame with Mediterranean “ardor” which goes well with a few simple toasts as an aperitif, a plated fish, a vegetarian menu, a white chocolate pastry.
In 2001, Nicolas took over the reins and perpetuated the family tradition by vinifying the fruit of the vine. The estate gives itself the name “Plô Notre Dame”, a plot in the town of Bagnoles where the oldest Syrah and Grenache vines on the property are located. Today, the estate is diversifying and experimenting to offer products true to its spirit: the passion for the land and the vines; the alliance of tradition and modernity to satisfy fans of vines and wine. The specificity of the estate has focused for several years on single grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Grenache noir, Syrah and Chenin blanc.
