The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small 17 kg crates. Plot selection and fermentation by grape variety. Fermentation in concrete vats. Racking into 500 liter French oak barrels for 12 months. Blending before aging for 4 months in oval concrete vats.

On the nose, roasted notes, aromas of coffee and licorice. A supple and delicate palate with aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant. Powerful finish.
