100% Nero d'Avola. Located at an altitude of 600m, Auratae is an extension of the Santa Tresa estate in Sicily, an estate that has existed since 1697. They produce typical regional wines using local grape varieties as much as possible. The wines have been certified organic since 2009.
The estate is committed to working on the environment by offering organic wines; the labels and boxes are 100% recycled, the glass is 85% recycled, and the ink is vegetable-based.
