The Côtes du Rhône from Domaine de la Barotte are distinguished by a spicy flavor resulting from a reasonable balance between alcohol and acidity. DOMAIN
The Barotte estate currently covers 22 hectares in Roquemaure. This usable area was expanded in 2008. It is just 60 minutes from Grau du Roi and Mont Ventoux.
Managed by Sylvain and Laurence Reboul, the estate offers several appellations: Lirac, Tavel, Côtes-du-Rhône and Vins de Pays du Gard.
Domaine de la Barotte owes its reputation primarily to its authentic appearance. Indeed, this estate is in the process of practicing organic farming on all of its plots. This method of cultivation completely breaks away from chemical products. Furthermore, the vines have always been maintained using plows and hoeing machines. This option allows us to remain faithful to traditional know-how, guaranteeing authentic, high-quality wines.
