DOMAIN
Active since the mid-19th century, this family estate now boasts 5 hectares of vines, all classified as Premier Cru, and all spread across the magnificent terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. Located in Ludes, the estate is undergoing organic conversion.
Hervé is a meticulous and talented winemaker who strives to work with living vines, taking care of his soils and, consequently, using reasoned, sustainable and gentle agricultural methods.
With a fairly confidential production, he produces beautiful champagnes that are remarkably precise and perfectly balanced between tension and aromatic intensity.
