A pure and vibrant champagne by Clément Perseval. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Premier Cru terroir of Chamery, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, this Blanc de Blancs seduces with its vibrant freshness and precise expression.

This undosed cuvée reveals all the finesse of the grape variety, without artifice, to let the purity of the fruit speak for itself. To preserve this natural freshness, 31% of the blend did not undergo malolactic fermentation. Furthermore, 35% of the wines were aged in oak barrels, bringing complexity and subtlety.

On the nose, lemony notes gradually open up to fruity and delicious aromas. On the palate, the attack is lively and clean, giving way to a beautiful aromatic intensity that evolves.

Produced in very limited quantities, this Blanc de Blancs is produced in just 2,000 bottles per year.
