Beautiful deep red color, powerful yet silky tannins, and a long finish. Black fruits, prunes, and cherries are evident on the palate, with a spicy, licorice-like edge. It pairs perfectly with red meats and meats in sauce.

In 2001, Nicolas took over the reins and continued the family tradition by vinifying the fruit of the vine. The estate gave itself the name "Plô Notre Dame", a plot in the commune of Bagnoles where the oldest Syrah and Grenache vines of the property are located. Today, the estate is diversifying, experimenting to offer products faithful to its spirit: the passion for the land and the vine; the alliance of tradition and modernity to satisfy the unconditional lovers of the vine and wine. The specificity of the estate has been focused for several years on the single grape varieties of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Grenache noir, Syrah and Chenin blanc.
