Tasting and sensory analysis of 4 Grand Cru wines from 4 different regions of France: Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux and Alsace. Blind tasting of a surprise wine, equivalent to a Grand Cru. Accompanied by a cheese board and charcuterie. Course in English.
