Whiskey The Hakushu, Distiller's Reserve
Under this pretty, slightly golden color, hides a splendid finely peated whisky. On the nose, it reveals notes of peppermint, cucumber and citrus fruits. In the mouth, we discover notes of yuzu, green fruits, and a very subtle smokiness.
This distillery, created by Suntory, is located at the foot of Mount Kaikoma. A very green region, populated by pine forests and rich in water, one of the purest and most popular in the country. This Distiller's Reserve is a blend of more or less peated whiskeys, which seeks to highlight the craftsmanship, history and know-how of this historic house. Suntory Distillery was established in 1923 and was the first company to distill and create whiskey in the country, making it one of the most recognized and admired names in the world today.
