A good balance for this blend where the Gamay softens the two cabernets. On the palate of fresh fruit, it's juicy with cherry and violet! An aperitif wine between pleasure and structure for a broad thirst.

DOMAIN

The property was called Domaine Richou from the second part of the 20th century. The Richou family established itself there and made the reputation of their family farm prosper over three generations. In 2009, the first work in organic farming began. The estate was sold in 2019 to Bénédicte Petit and Luc Briand, then renamed Domaine Terra Vita Vinum. In 2020, the estate is Demeter certified. The Terroir, as the Domaine declares, is “the play that is written by Nature”. The wine takes its taste through various sources: first the water which passes through the rock then the winds and air currents, the more or less gentle heat of the sun and finally the transparent or veiled light. The Terra Vita Vinum Estate has nine types of vines giving rise to different grape varieties and vintages.
