A clear wine with slight golden reflections, this Pouilly sur Loire opens with a nose of flowers and white fruits with a touch of hazelnut. These aromas, already present on the nose, are confirmed on the palate.

From 2010, following his studies in Beaune, Séverin, their son, got involved with his parents Gilles and Valérie, bringing a touch of modernity. A family working together, translating its vivacity and its own generous personalities into its wines, now naturally associated with the name “Famille Chollet”. Resolutely motivated and invested, Séverin stands ready to perpetuate the family know-how while adapting to developments. Today their vineyard in Pouilly-sur-Loire (58) extends over approximately 12 and a half hectares over 2 communes. We are now able to produce nearly 800 hectoliters of wine per year.
