DOMAIN
The Michel Couvreur identity is first revealed by the aging of whiskeys in sherry and port barrels mainly. But the singularity of Michel Couvreur whiskeys comes in part from the cellar in Bouze-lès-Beaune (Côte d'Or), halfway between Andalusia and Scotland. Exceptional, 150 meters of galleries dug in the heart of the Burgundian rock, it offers humidity, silence, calm and depth. A choice of barrels and a delicate dance between wet and dry parts give Michel Couvreur whiskeys both a very intense power and a very melted roundness. Whiskeys achieve style and nobility after several years of maturation.
