The Lindenlaub family has been farming vines in Alsace since 1759. Christophe is today the custodian of an estate of more than 10 hectares which extends over the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig. In 2009, Christophe made the bet to switch all of his vines to organic farming. He obtained AB certification in 2012. This was only the first step in a challenge that Christophe had promised to take on: learning to produce high quality wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. 'environment.
