The wine has a garnet color with purple reflections.
The nose, supple and pleasant, reveals a pretty bouquet dominated by violet then after aeration comes the fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry and plum on a delicate liquorice background with a few touches of garrigue.
The palate, tender and supple, offers a lovely tannic texture, fine and suave, with a Languedoc aromatic expression of scrubland, flowers and black and red fruits. The finish is persistent, with a spicy character. Very nice discovery.
DOMAIN
Driven by a feeling of freedom, we chose to settle in 2005 in the heart of Languedoc. It is in Aspiran, between sea and mountains, that we brought together 7 hectares of vines and created this estate from scratch. A madness driven by passion, involving the whole family. The nearby Hérault River inspired its name: Ribiera (waterfront in Occitan). Our commitment is to lead the vines in organic farming with conviction and to develop with humility the most natural wines possible. Like free winegrowers.
