In organic cultivation, Xavier Weisskopf operates 9 hectares in Montlouis and 4 in the Touraine appellation, mainly in the Saint-Martin-Le-Beau sector. Its terroirs are planted with old vines from mass selections, which favor high-end vintages. The whites impress with their purity, in a Montlouis appellation which nevertheless does not lack talent. The purity of the mitten key, the opulence of the grand pear tree, the energetic concentration of the Négrette immediately set the tone. The Côte de Touraine old vines stands out for its density, its silkiness with just the right amount of elegance. An elite winemaker, among the best addresses in the appellation.
