Spumante Rosato from Vigna Cunial is an organic wine obtained from the fermentation of grapes mainly Pinot Noir, Pinot blanc and Chardonnay. The use of native yeasts and refermentation in an autoclave produces a lively and fresh sparkling wine, the nose gives off a strong smell of cherry which returns on the palate accompanied by small red fruits, with notes of must and grape juice. The limited pleasantness of Spumante Rosato from Vigna Cunial makes it ideal to accompany salami, fatty cold cuts or white meats.
