DOMAIN

The Chardon family, originally from the Loire Valley, settled in the town of Bellegarde in 1982 and chose to cultivate the sunny land, punctuated with stones and bathed in wind. In 1999, Jérôme, the son of the family, joined his parents to develop mixed farming. Ambitious and passionate, he decided to plant 9 hectares of vines, which he cultivated according to innovative biodynamic principles.
