On the nose, notes of white pepper, white flowers and white fruits. With a slight sensation of ripe lemons, this champagne has a nice tension and a frank attack. On finesse with good length and a nice minerality on the finish.

Ruppert Leroy is a union between Bénédicte Ruppert and Emmanuel Leroy. Since 2009, they have been recovering the vines from Bénédicte's family on 4 ha on the Côte des Bar and immediately starting to work biodynamically. Everything was built by them: house, winery, hangar! It is a real biodynamic agricultural farm, an almost autonomous ecosystem with herd, horses, chickens and rabbits; agricultural land with the vegetable garden, fields for harvesting hay and vineyards on the surrounding hillsides. These lands are isolated and therefore protected from possible pollution from the neighborhood.
Their vision is clear: each wine is an expression of the year and the plot with the work done as naturally as possible. These are natural champagnes leaving an immense impression of majesty, energy and depth; they offer something to populate your dreams of accomplishment!
