This bottle is characterized by notes of white fruits and white flowers, then by aromas of spices and dried fruits. David Léclapart is one of the most brilliant winemakers. His know-how inspires many young winegrowers today. David was one of the very first in Champagne and France to take an interest in organic viticulture. In 1996, he began the organic conversion of the 3 hectares of vines (80% chardonnay, 20% pinot noir) of the estate located in Trépail (Montagne de Reims). It has been Demeter certified since 1998, and sets out to produce champagnes full of elegance, finesse, and particularly silky bubbles.
David Léclapart only produces vintage, non-dosed champagnes, like snapshots of his Trépail terroir.
