DOMAIN
Sébastien Dauliac of Domaine Capelanel has always favored finesse over extraction to offer wines that are more rectilinear than square. These Burgundian-style macerations now pay off with labels that are established on a demanding fruit and play on the particular tension of siderolithic soils. This fifth Dauliac, in the order of generations on the estate, union of maternal and paternal lands, has a particular sense of grapes.
